Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. The return window begins once your order has been marked as delivered by the carrier.
Customers are responsible returning shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition and packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required
- Items showing signs of wear will not be accepted
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at maudestudio.co@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
